Processing and Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS and include tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided as soon as a shipping label is created. After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hours. You’re able to track your package at www.usps.com. All orders placed after 5pm EST are considered placed the next business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items, there are NO REFUNDS on transactions. Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order and must be in original state. Exchanges are only applicable for unaltered Pre-made Systems. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the client.
Processing times on pre-made, in stock systems take 2-3 business days before shipping. If you are doing a Pre-order on a Pre-made system construction and shipping can take up to 30 Business days.
Please ensure your measurements and select options are correct before purchase. We will make your custom system according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a hair system that does not fit. We are not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, we strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand during consultation with your specialist. This ensures that the hair system will be accurately colored as desired. If you are unsatisfied with your hair system after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. There will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM HAIR SYSTEMSAND/OR DEPOSITS FOR SUCH.
Custom hair system processing, construction, and shipment times average 30-90 business days. Times can vary depending on the volume of unit orders in progress, or unforeseen issues with hair contents (i.e., Your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option request, any extensive customization request, or delay of shipment from vendors)
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product by, please be mindful in ensuring that the order is placed in an adequate amount of time to accommodate unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
Un-Deliverable Packages, Incorrect Addresses, and Refused Deliveries
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect address information are the most common causes of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, Apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered information.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away to initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days.
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, as well as protecting the nature of your investment we will ship ALL packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. They will leave a notice if their attempts to deliver are unsuccessful and provide information to reschedule or pick-up. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. We are no longer responsible for any shipments once USPS puts their acceptance scan on them, including stolen shipments.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $40 cancellation fee deducted from your transaction amount- the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date and can only be processed during the processing period. This is applicable for pre-made Hair System orders ONLY.
In the rare occurrences a mistake or delay has happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will reship it out at our expense. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 48 HOURS after receipt of delivery.
***Please note the photos taken of Effortless Essence Hair Systems are stock photos that we have taken. Therefore, once the hair is shampooed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchased.
